Localservicewala currently operates with a focus on local excellence.Primary Service Zone: We provide full doorstep laptop repair services and product delivery across New Ashok Nagar & Noida & NCR and its surrounding suburban region.

Expansion: While our physical repair services are localized, we are constantly expanding our courier network to deliver laptop spare parts (keyboards, adapters, batteries) to a wider range of pin codes.

Verification: To check if your specific location is eligible for doorstep repair, please enter your PIN code on our homepage or contact our support team.

3. Order Processing and Handling Time

Transparency starts the moment you click "Book" or "Buy."For Laptop Spare Parts:Processing Time: All orders for hardware components (RAM, SSDs, Screens, etc.) are processed within 1-2 business days.

Quality Check: Every part undergoes a rigorous 5-point quality inspection before being packed to ensure it meets original manufacturer specifications.
Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For Onsite Service Requests:Technician Dispatch: Once a service request is confirmed, a certified technician is usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Appointment Slots: We offer flexible scheduling. You can choose a morning, afternoon, or evening slot that fits your schedule.

4. Transit Times and Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders for products/parts above ₹999 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.Flat Rate: For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout to cover secure packaging and handling.Service Fees: Standard doorstep visit charges may apply for repair services; however, these are often waived if you proceed with the suggested repair.

Estimated Transit TimesLocal Deliveries: 1-2 business days.

Regional Deliveries: 3-5 business days.


Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as extreme weather, high-volume festive seasons, or courier delays.

5. Packaging Excellence

Laptops and their components are sensitive to static and physical impact. Localservicewala uses:

Anti-Static Bags: For all internal components like RAM and Motherboards.

Shock-Absorbent Materials: Multi-layered bubble wrap and foam inserts.

Tamper-Evident Seals: To ensure your product reaches you exactly as it left our facility.

6. Real-Time Tracking

We keep you informed every step of the way.

Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS.

Tracking Link: This message will contain a direct link to our courier partner's tracking portal.

Service Tracking: For onsite repairs, you will receive the technician's name and contact details once they are en route to your location.

7. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

Attempts: Our courier partners usually attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Localservicewala is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Reshipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a reshipping fee may apply.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

To protect your purchase, please follow these steps upon receiving your order:

Check the Seal: Do not accept the package if the outer seal is broken or tampered with.
Visual Inspection: If the box is visibly crushed or damaged, mention this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately

.Reporting Issues: Any transit-related damage must be reported to support@localservicewala.co.in within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging
