  • Service Cancellations: You may cancel your doorstep service request up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge.
  • Spare Parts: If a part provided by us is found to be defective, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee.
  • Refunds: Refunds are initiated if we are unable to fulfill a repair after payment is made. Please note that the “Diagnostic Fee” (if applicable) is non-refundable once the technician has inspected the device.
  • Warranty: Most repairs carry a 90-day warranty. This does not cover physical or liquid damage caused after the repair.

3. 🛡️ Warranty & Guarantee Terms

  • Standard Warranty Period:
    • Most parts and repairs: 30 to 90 days (varies by service type)
    • Batteries and Screens: Up to 6 months or as per manufacturer

  • We do not access, share, or copy any personal files unless it’s required for service (e.g., data backup, OS reinstallation).
  • Clients are strongly advised to backup important data before repair.
  • Daakshika Infotech is not liable for any data loss during the repair or recovery process.

7. 💰 Payments, Refunds & Charges

  • All charges are clearly shared before the service begins.
  • No hidden charges. All fees include labor + parts unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, cash, online banking, or card.
  • Refunds are only processed if:
    • The customer cancels before work starts
    • A part is unavailable and pre-payment was made
    • In rare cases where the repair could not be completed
